Duties
- Lead and oversee gaming sessions, ensuring all players understand the rules and objectives.
- Create an engaging atmosphere by actively participating in the game narrative and encouraging player interaction.
- Monitor gameplay to maintain fairness and resolve any conflicts that may arise among participants.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing player inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and preparation of gaming areas.
- Utilize public speaking skills to narrate game scenarios and enhance the overall experience for players.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve game offerings and enhance guest services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly desirable.
- Background in theater or events management is a plus, as it enhances storytelling abilities.
- Excellent public speaking skills to engage with players and create an immersive environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
