As a General Laborer the purpose of this position is to assist with general tasks in hot mix, grading, base or pipe crew operations.
Requirements:
Must be able to travel throughout Minnesota, North and South Dakota
Regular, consistent attendance and regular overtime at all assigned job sites
Valid Driver’s License
Acceptable motor vehicle record
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Physical strength and endurance to perform all principal duties and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Operate equipment such as power brooms, jack hammers, tractor/packer, skid steers, box blades, mini rollers and a variety of hand tools
Set up and remove construction signs, barricades and barrels
Assist with traffic control
Prioritize safety at all times, following company and industry safety guidelines and protocols.
Perform other tasks as needed
