Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing maintenance area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently & with others.
Duties
- Must be highly dependable and available during our hours of operation for Pre trips/ checks of the forklifts, trucks, machinery.
- Keep task oriented, and have good organization skills.
- Maintain various machinery, from heavy machinery to trailer checks and tire changes on tractor trailers.
- Assemble components and products according to specifications.
- Occasional fabrication of parts for our various projects
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or factory setting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow on the assembly line.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
- Safely operate forklifts and other machinery as required, adhering to all safety protocols.
Experience
- Previous maintenance experience is highly preferred.
- Knowing how to weld is a large help
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Experience with diagnosing hydraulic, mechanical, electrical issues is preferred.
- Must be willing to listen and take direction from supervisors
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to safety practices in the workplace.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Extended hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
