We are a local franchise with eleven locations and are currently seeking a General Manager for our Mayfield Hts. location. Penn Station believes that a General Manager must have an ownership mentality, that's why this position offers a base salary plus monthly bonuses based on store performance. First year income of 55k + with future years income potential based on your ability to build a strong team and run a successful restaurant.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations including hiring and training of all employees, supervising and participating in preparation of food, maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant and all aspects of servicing our guests. Periodic performance reviews of how well these responsibilities are handled can result in a year-end financial bonus of up to $6,000.
The ideal candidate will have excellent dependability, be an effective communicator, display strong leadership skills, always have a positive attitude, and be a quality teacher and trainer. In addition, they will understand that to be successful, they cannot do it on their own. They will need to develop and lead a team of employees that also have a desire to give our guests the highest quality products in the cleanest environment with genuine friendly service.
