Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable, skilled, and motivated individuals to join our team as ground workers. This position requires substantial manual labor.

Key Responsibilities:
-Crowd control (i.e. shielding pedestrians from hazards on mulching sites)
-Light chainsaw work
-Use a power pruner and a pole saw
-Move vegetation debris
-Pull and cut vines
-Follow safety protocols at all times
-Keep work sites clean and organized
-Communicate effectively with team members and clients
-Represent the company professionally on job sites

Qualifications:
-Valid driver’s license, Reliable vehicle
-Chainsaw experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
-Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
-Reliable transportation and punctuality
