The Candlewood Suites in Independence is seeking friendly outgoing people to join our team!
As a Guest Service Agent you will ensure our guest receive a great experience at our property. You will assists with guest resolution when needed by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Ensure you follow the Candlewood Brand standards.
- Report and follow up on reported incidents in a timely manner.
- Keep the Candlewood Cupboard well stocked.
- Assists with arrival and departure service exceeding brand standards.
- Answer and direct phone calls as needed.
- Assist with all inquiries to front desk and lobby in a warm friendly manner.
- Arrive to work on time in full uniform, including name tag.
- Follow company policy in regards to cash handling.
- Must have open availability, hiring for 3PM-11PM shift
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Hotel and IHG experience a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.75 - $15.00 per hour
