We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Representative to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable stay. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries effectively.
Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Utilize phone systems to manage reservations and respond to calls promptly.
- Perform audit duties as required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily operations.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations and service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred, ideally within a hotel environment.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines effectively.
- A background in hospitality or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
