Overview:
Join our team as a Guest Service Agent, where you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding guest experiences at our hotel. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and seamless.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and billing accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Address guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel facilities, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to uphold a safe and enjoyable environment for guests
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations throughout the hotel
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is beneficial
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus
