Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities remain functional, safe, and well-maintained.
Duties
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across various facilities, including plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with various hand tools, power tools, and repair techniques.
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems, and carpentry skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
