Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, including press brake machines, and ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of hemp hashish is key. especially knowledge of hemp community and in general og knowledge hoping to start someone asap
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery, including CNC machines and press brake machines, to produce high-quality parts.
- Perform CAM programming to ensure accurate machine operations.
- Utilize hand tools and micrometers for precise measurements and adjustments.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean work environment.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process and implement solutions as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating press brake machines and CNC equipment is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with tooling, materials handling, and basic machining principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
