Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Head of Acquisitions to lead our acquisitions team and pipeline. This role will be responsible for sourcing deals, managing a team of acquisition reps, overseeing outreach efforts, and driving transactions from initial contact to close. The ideal candidate is experienced in business development, M&A, and private equity deal-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of acquisitions reps to consistently hit deal sourcing targets
- Build and maintain relationships with business brokers, attorneys, accountants, and direct sellers
- Oversee deal flow pipeline, ensuring consistent outreach, follow-up, and qualification of leads
- Analyze financials, assess deal viability, and prepare summaries for internal review
- Negotiate deal terms, coordinate LOIs, and facilitate communication with legal and financial teams
- Collaborate with operations and executive teams to align acquisitions with strategic goals
- Report directly to the CEO and COO on pipeline metrics and acquisition milestones
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business acquisitions, M&A, private equity, or related field
- Strong understanding of financial statements, EBITDA multiples, and deal structuring
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and grow a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with high call volumes, CRM systems, and fast-paced environments
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary (DOE)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
