Marketing Manager Position - Luxury Building Products
Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to build and execute our marketing strategy across three distinct divisions: luxury residential, commercial, and multi-family markets. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, as you'll be establishing and implementing marketing initiatives from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who can work independently while collaborating with leadership to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for three distinct brand divisions
- Create and maintain consistent luxury brand positioning across all channels
- Spearhead lead generation through digital initiatives, vendor partnerships, and local market engagement
- Establish metrics and analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI
Content Creation & Management
- Design and produce high-end marketing collateral for multiple audience segments
- Manage corporate website content and digital presence
- Create compelling case studies and project showcases
- Develop targeted content for luxury residential, commercial, and multi-family sectors
Sales Support & Professional Branding
- Partner with sales consultants to create customized marketing materials
- Support territory-specific marketing initiatives
- Manage and optimize lead generation processes
- Create professional branding guidelines for sales team
Industry Relations & Partnerships
- Build relationships with industry publication editors and publishers
- Manage vendor co-op marketing programs and budgets
- Participate in industry recognition programs and surveys
- Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence
Digital Marketing & Communications
- Execute social media strategy across all platforms
- Ensure compliance with marketing regulations (SPAM, GDPR, privacy laws)
- Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications
Essential Qualities
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Proven experience in luxury brand marketing
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities
Professional Experience
- 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in luxury goods or high-end construction
- Demonstrated success in building marketing programs from ground up
- Experience managing multiple brand identities
- Track record of successful lead generation campaigns
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Digital marketing certifications preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms

- Position operates independently without support staff

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,487.00 per year
