Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Administrator to oversee the efficient management of Sunbright Health Medical Centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, assist in implementing policies, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
1. Administrative Oversight:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the healthcare facility.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and employee performance to ensure optimal productivity.
2. Training and Team Leader capabilities.
- Can train new employees in all positions: check in, check out, medical records, referrals.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards set by regulatory bodies, such as AHCA.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and implement necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided and initiate improvements as needed.
- Address any concerns or complaints from patients, families, or staff promptly and effectively.
6. Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Foster collaboration and communication among different departments within the facility.
- Coordinate with medical staff, including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations.
7. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of patient care and optimize operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the healthcare facility.
- Meets with the team frequently for quality improvement.
8 Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Ensure the facility maintains compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss strategies for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
- Reviews billing reports, insurance claims, and ensure timely payments.
- Identify cost-saving strategies without compromising patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Proven experience 10+ years in healthcare administration or management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software’s and Office 365.
- Understands process improvement tools (Certified in Lean Six Sigma preferable).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
