Truelove’s In-Home Health Care Inc. has been providing compassionate, high-quality care to elderly and disabled individuals across Missouri and Tennessee for over two decades. We are seeking a motivated, experienced Office Assistant / Field Supervisor to join our growing team.
Job Description:
We are looking for a self-starter who understands the operations of a non-medical home care agency and is ready to hit the ground running. This role requires someone who can multitask in a fast-paced office while also stepping into the field when needed to support clients and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and running background checks
- Work in CareBridge to manage documentation and timekeeping
- Accept and process job applications and assist with onboarding and training
- Maintain employee records including date of hire and termination
- Assist with hiring and termination of caregivers
- Open and manage new client and employee files
- Conduct field visits and assist with supervision and compliance
- Step in to care for clients when their caregiver is unavailable
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in home care, caregiving, or office administration (Required)
- Experience with CareBridge or similar scheduling systems (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, professional, and client-focused
- Must be a fast learner and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities
Schedule:
- Monday Wednesday Friday
- Occasional weekends or on-call support, if needed
