Job Summary:
A Staffing Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all home care clients receive the highest level of in-home care by providing qualified staffing for all authorized or requested hours.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Responsible for scheduling qualified PCA’s (personal care attendants) to work all authorized hours according to each client’s Service Plan.
· Complete daily monitoring of all attendant timekeeping ensuring all hours are worked.
· Maintaining an authorization / utilization percentage of 95% or greater
· Ensure all communication with clients is documented in the Electronic Health Record.
· Maintain regular communication with clients and attendants to ensure satisfaction with service delivery.
· Coordinate with leadership to provide documentation for client and employee incidents and complaints.
· Attend daily and weekly meetings or huddles.
· Assist with orienting new staffers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
