Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for the Rockland/Norwell area to assist with our geriatric client who is in need of support and companionship immediate openings
Available shifts: 7-days
8am-12pm
4pm-10pm
Job Description:
- Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
- Assist with light housekeeping
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
Requirements are as follows:
- Home Health Aide Certification
- 2+Years experience working with your Certification
- Must be kind, compassionate, reliable, and skilled HHA
- Must have experience working with Dementia
- Clean driving record, ability to pass a CORI check
- Current TB test, QuantiFERON Gold Test, or X-ray
- Dementia care experience
- Speak, read, write the English language clearly, and effective communication skills.
- You must own a cell phone.
