We have an exciting opportunity for a Front-End Manager at a local ethnic restaurant. The right candidate for this position would need to have excellent customer service skills and restaurant experience. You would be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise servers, hosts, and bussers.
- Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor dining room cleanliness and ambiance.
- Manage table seating flow.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software.
- Knowledge of restaurant service protocols and etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $15.00/hour
- Paid every Friday
