Red Hat on the River, a bustling 120 seat riverfront restaurant in Irvington NY, is seeking a hostess to join our team.
Red Hat is an upbeat and friendly environment where customer service reigns supreme. Our candidate must be enthusiastic and enjoy working in customer service, prior experience as a hostess, retail or front desk is a plus.
Schedule/Availability:
- Must be available nights and weekends
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Create a hospitable initial reaction with guests
- Learn and maintain the knowledge of the company's rules
- Greet and seat guests in a smart, efficient, and friendly manner
- Communicating with the Reservations/Floor Manager
- Report all guest issues to management
- Adhere to proper uniform dress codes
- Performs opening and closing duties, as needed
