The White Rabbit is a hidden, Prohibition-style cocktail lounge in the heart of Gilbert, known for elevated cocktails, polished service, and immersive ambiance. We’re seeking a reliable and hospitality-driven individual to join our team in a dual Host/Busser role.
About the Role:
This hybrid position blends the elegance of guest service with the rhythm of fast-paced floor support. You’ll welcome guests as a Host, manage reservations via OpenTable, and help keep the lounge spotless and service flowing smoothly as a Busser.
Key Responsibilities:
Host Duties:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
- Manage reservations and waitlists through OpenTable
- Communicate with door attendants via walkie-talkie to coordinate guest seating and flow
- Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
Busser Duties:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and cleanly
- Assist servers by delivering water, restocking, and polishing glassware
- Maintain cleanliness of guest areas including lounge floor and restrooms
- Support with opening, closing, and side-work duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Must be available Friday & Saturday evenings (plus one optional shift per week)
- Previous experience in hosting, bussing, or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar booking systems is a plus
- Comfortable using walkie-talkies to coordinate seating with door staff
- Friendly, team-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Able to stay on your feet and move efficiently throughout your shift
- A polished, professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be at least 18 Years old to apply
