Job Summary
The award-winning Comfort Inn in Ellsworth is seeking a part-time front desk agent to join the team! This position is two day shifts per week, 7am to 3pm. Cross training in housekeeping is an option for additional hours.
Front Desk Duties Include:
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Make hotel reservations, post charges and payments, and other administrative tasks.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance their experience.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, providing courteous phone etiquette at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and effective phone etiquette.
- Solid understanding of guest relations and the ability to foster positive interactions with guests.
- Previous hotel or resort experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
