We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves balancing financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining guest relations. Duties
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Utilize phone systems effectively, demonstrating proper phone etiquette when communicating with guests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and ensure all charges are posted correctly.
- Assist with resolving any guest issues or complaints, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services throughout the hotel.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing financial activities and occupancy statistics.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a hotel or resort setting.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is a plus.
