Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Dock/Housekeeping associates to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center environment. As a Dock /Housekeeping associate you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of goods, maintaining safety standards, and supporting store operations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.
Duties
- Load and unload freight from trucks
- Organize and maintain the dock area
- vacuum and clean sales floor, vestibules, fitting rooms, and doors
- clean bathrooms frequently as needed
- pick up trash from entrances as needed
- process freight after unloading quickly and efficiently
- clean carpet spots as needed
Skills
- be able to use pallet jacks
- Experience with moderate lifting and physically demanding tasks is essential.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards to ensure compliance in the workplace.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience as dock worker, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
