Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. Our property has 30 suites or studios that are cleaned on a daily basis as well as public areas. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for our guests. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness is extremely important to the guest satisfaction, expectations and provides a comfortable stay for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned and prepared in a timely manner according to established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities
- Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Handle guest requests for additional housekeeping services promptly and efficiently
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Collaborate with other staff members to uphold high cleanliness standards throughout the property
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and techniques
- Familiarity with floor care procedures and industrial cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of custodial responsibilities in a hospitality setting
