Summary:
Job Summary
This position may assist with:
Consulting internal hiring departments to assess recruiting needs
Developing candidate profiles
Identifying, screening and interviewing qualified candidates to fill open positions
Job fairs and other recruitment activities
New Employee Orientation and On-boarding
Continuing education classes for system leaders
Reviewing, updating or developing training materials to enhance HR processes
Workforce Development activities for youth, students and other potential employees
Managing health system employee files, confirming Joint Commission standards are met
On-going file management such as purging terminated employee files, preparing files for off-site storage, and correctly filing new documents
Supporting employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment
Other information:
Requirements:
> Entering Jr. or Sr. year of college; or recent graduate
> 2.5 or above GPA
> Two brief letters of recommendation (at least one from current school)
> Ability to work in-person and on-site in central Arkansas
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
