JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist clients with all ADL’s to include bathing, grooming, transfer and toileting
- Light housekeeping – maintain a clean and safe environment
- Meal planning and preparation
- Transport to doctor visits, grocery store, etc.
- Client engagement catered to their interests and abilities
- Overall companionship and emotional support
- Keep agency informed of client’s eating habits or health changes
- Document patient care activities accurately and communicate effectively with family members and agency
- Medication reminders
QUALIFICATIONS
- Caregiving experience – must be able to perform all ADL’s
- Ability to assist clients with mobility issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license / good driving record / auto insurance
- Genuine desire to help others
- Positive work ethic
- Clean background record
- Reliable transportation
Pay:
Monday-Friday: $16.50/hour
Saturday-Sunday: $17.50/hour
