Responsibilities
- Operate various sewing machines to produce high-quality mattresses according to specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate materials as needed for mattress construction, adhering to design specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in training new staff on machine operation and best practices in mattress construction.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
