We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves educating infant children, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom.
Duties
- Implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Educate children in various subjects.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support each child's development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall success of the preschool program.
Qualifications
- Experience working with infant children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong skills in classroom organization.
- Experience in infant care or nannying can be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents and staff.
- A genuine love for teaching and nurturing young minds.
- High School Diploma
- CPR/First Aid or willing to receive before starting
