The Metal Ware Corporation is a privately owned company located in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Metal Ware has been manufacturing consumer products for over 100 years. You may know us best through our brands such as NESCO, Chard, and Grizzly. We make many of our products here in our Two Rivers plant using injection molding, metal stamping and rotational molding equipment. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Injection Mold Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of operations on post-molded plastic parts to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform various post-molding operations using hand tools and processing equipment
- Trim excess flash and perform detailed finishing on molded products
- Assemble molded components into finished goods as required
- Package and palletize finished parts for shipment or storage
- Cut and drill plastic parts according to specifications
- Assist with staging materials and preparing for production runs
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with customer and internal standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and company protocols

- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or team lead
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in injection molding or a manufacturing environment is a plus

Ability to work with hand tools and operate basic processing equipment

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
