Delaware Hot Tub Company is seeking a motivated and personable sales representative to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that involves customer interaction, product sales, and light physical work. We’re looking for someone ready to start a real career—not just another job—with long-term growth and management opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the showroom and assist with hot tub selection
- Make outbound calls and respond to incoming leads
- Learn and explain product features to help customers make informed decisions
- Help set up and maintain showroom displays, including moving and handling merchandise
- Follow up with leads, maintain accurate customer records, and support sales efforts
- Be available for weekend shifts and special events such as sales expos
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative without constant supervision
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the industry
- Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends
- No prior sales experience required—just the right attitude and drive
