Buffalo Biodiesel is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
Industry experience is not required! We’ll teach you what you need to know. Our dedication to sustainability and creating a better world for tomorrow today drives our success.
Pay:
- $25/hr. base pay
- Bonus pay of 10¢ per gallon collected if you hit quota.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting our 30 sales a month quota
- Making outbound cold calls with minimum 3 hours of talk time daily
- Building prospecting list
- Handwriting letters and cards to prospects and closed sales
- Maintaining records of your sales for proper follow up
About you:
- Minimum 5 years sales experience or 2 years telemarketing experience.
- The ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- B2B experience is a plus.
- A can-do attitude. Making calls all day isn’t for everyone, and we get that. Which is why it’s important for us to be transparent about our gold standard.
- The ability to learn our industry and talking points.
- Excellent communication skills
- Organization skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Hours are in office 8am-5pm, daily.
