What You’ll Do
- Represent Mandolin on job sites during inspections—be the inspector’s first and last impression.
- Verify that work is complete, code-compliant, and passable before the inspector ever steps out of the truck.
- Coordinate with managers, to keep timelines tight and inspections smooth.
- Close inspection loops quickly—document outcomes, identify punch items, and escalate immediately when needed.
- Support all business units—plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and construction—wherever an inspection is scheduled.
- Help drive quality, accountability, and speed on every project we touch.
What You Bring
- Experience in the trades (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or GC)—or inspection experience a major plus.
- Strong understanding of inspection readiness and local building codes.
- Professionalism and presence—you’re cool under pressure and confident around officials.
- The ability to troubleshoot in the field and escalate when crews miss the mark.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally between job sites daily. (Some long days)
