Performance-Based Compensation:
This role starts at $18–$20/hr, based on skills and experience, with a clear path toward becoming a Lead Installer.

About the Role
As an Installer Helper, you’ll partner with experienced installers to bring custom organizational systems to life in our customers’ homes. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires focus, precision, and a desire to learn. We provide classroom and on-the-job training to prepare you for growth into a full Installer position.
In this role, you will:
Support the installation of custom closet systems in residential homes
Read design drawings and assemble products accurately and efficiently
Deliver parts and materials safely into workspaces—rain or shine
Maintain professionalism and clear communication with customers
Take pride in detailed work that meets Closet America’s high-quality standards
Key Qualifications
Valid driver’s license is required
Ability to read design drawings and match parts to assemblies
Comfort working with hand tools and different hardware types
Strong attention to detail—able to measure and cut to the millimeter
Able to lift and carry product through various weather conditions
Organized and methodical in approach to tasks
Problem-solver with a positive, proactive attitude
Available to work at least two weekends per month
