You'll collaborate with manufacturing experts to develop engaging, skill-based learning content that drives our growth strategy. How You'll Make an Impact
Develop skill-based learning objectives, outcomes, and content.
Create engaging training materials including videos, infographics, and interactive elements.
Interpret skill matrices and needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training solutions.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance in all training materials.
Record and edit voice narration for training content.
Support internal and external audits and manage state grant funds.
Continuously improve training processes and materials.
Your Background
Minimum 10 years of experience in designing content and training adults in manufacturing, engineering, sciences, or technology industries.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Technology, Science, or Instructional Design.
Experience in a union environment is a plus.
Proficiency with tools like Adonis, Cornerstone LMS, XECM, Camtasia, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
