Job Title: Licensed Insurance Account Manager Agent
Location: Remote
Job Opportunity: This is a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service/Account Manager Agent role with a base pay from $20 hourly, plus ample opportunities for commission.
Total compensation is between $55K to $70K annually.
Hours: Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (EST)
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Outbound and inbound service calls
- Drafting emails and text messages
- Potential for cross-selling current customers
- Maintaining relationships with clients
- Servicing policies
- Addressing concerns and questions
- Professional development and training
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of prior insurance service experience
- Have a valid P&C (Property and Casualty) license
- Have a stable and reliable internet connection
- A thorough understanding of technology
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for success
