Job Summary:
We are seeking a warm and engaging Office Representative to assist with insurance and billing tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional service that reflects our clinic's commitment to health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day billing and insurance inquiries with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits and the billing process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

- Prior experience in a customer service or insurance and billing is preferred.
