Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within the assigned district. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to analyze market trends. This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders. A background in insurance sales is REQUIRED, along with a passion for outside sales.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the district sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and upper management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to maximize revenue.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in insurance or related fields.
- Strong background in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in telemarketing is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.
