Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain NY Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer-focused sales role is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication talents are essential.

Customer Service: Commitment to delivering a positive client experience.

Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Motivation: Self-driven with a passion for sales and client relationship building.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Mineola area and surrounding communities.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to tailor solutions for client needs.

Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable insurance products.

Product Knowledge: Exhibit a deep understanding of our insurance offerings and confidently communicate features and benefits to clients.

Quote Preparation: Accurately generate insurance quotes tailored to individual client requirements.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to introduce additional insurance products or services to existing clients.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure continued business and client satisfaction.

Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
