We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Intake Attorney located in the Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you will be the first point of legal contact for prospective clients, responsible for evaluating potential cases, gathering relevant facts, and determining case viability. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. You will work closely with our intake staff to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to case development.
Qualifications
- Must have 5+ years of experience in legal practice or legal intake is preferred
- Must have a strong understanding of Personal Injury
- Must have the ability to quickly assess case viability based on legal merit, jurisdiction, and damages
- Must have prior experience in client-facing roles
- Personal Injury experience is preferred, but not required
- Must have superior client relations and people skills
- Licensed with the FL State Bar
