To design, coordinate, and implement the Head Start Performance Standards requirements for Family and Community Partnership content area, which includes Parent Involvement and Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA). The coordinator will work closely with parents, children, and other family members in meeting the needs of the family and with other program staff to ensure access to Early Childhood services. Recruit eligible children and maintain full funded enrollment in all program options, with a waiting list. Monitors average daily attendance and recruits and trains program volunteers; supervises the day-to-day operations of the Family Services staff to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
