We are currently hiring a results-driven and analytically focused Investor Relations Analyst – FINANCIAL to join our Investor Relations team. This role will support financial communication, reporting, and data analysis for both internal stakeholders and the investment community.
Position Overview
As Investor Relations Analyst – FINANCIAL, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, preparing investor-facing materials, and supporting communications that reflect Siemens Healthineers' financial health and growth strategy. This hybrid position is open to U.S.-based applicants seeking full-time or part-time employment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret financial data, performance trends, and key metrics for investor messaging.
Develop and maintain investor-facing materials including earnings presentations, fact sheets, and Q&A documents.
Support quarterly earnings calls, investor days, and financial roadshows.
Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and Communications teams to ensure accurate and timely financial disclosures.
Track sell-side analyst coverage and investor sentiment on financial performance.
Maintain internal IR databases and reporting tools.
Contribute to scripts, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership and public disclosures.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Analysis, Equity Research, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation metrics, and capital markets.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, or IR platforms is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality output.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
