We are seeking a meticulous and communicative Investor Relations Analyst – TRANSPARENCY to join our Investor Relations team. This role is focused on ensuring clear, accurate, and timely disclosure of information to the investment community, reinforcing Siemens Healthineers' commitment to transparency and trust.
Position Overview
The Investor Relations Analyst – TRANSPARENCY will assist in managing and coordinating disclosure processes, regulatory filings, and investor communications that promote transparency. You will work closely with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance. This position offers flexible hybrid work arrangements and is open to both full-time and part-time candidates based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the preparation of regulatory disclosures and investor communications to ensure transparency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, verify, and disseminate accurate financial and operational data.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor disclosures.
Assist in drafting and reviewing earnings releases, SEC filings, and other public disclosures.
Maintain disclosure calendars, documentation, and investor relations databases.
Support investor meetings, earnings calls, and other communication events emphasizing transparency.
Track industry best practices and regulatory changes impacting disclosure requirements.
Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Reporting, Corporate Communications, or related fields.
Strong understanding of disclosure requirements, SEC regulations, and compliance standards.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with disclosure management software or IR platforms preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
