We are seeking an IT MES Specialist to join our team in our Logansport, Indiana location.
Major responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and customize Manufacturing Execution System
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Set up and maintain product routing
- Ensure accurate data collection and analysis to track performance and identify trends
- Monitor system performance, security, and stability while performing routine maintenance
- Collaborate with IT and Production teams to integrate MES into external equipment and systems
- Creating and maintaining documentation of system designs, configurations, and procedures
- Managing IT projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and documentation
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Minimum 10 years’ Experience preferred
- Experience in C# or related programming language
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, along with demonstrated ability to identify and raise concerns
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage and track multiple projects to completion
