About The Role:
This role will support the IT group and 230+ internal stakeholders with security/compliance requirements as part of their contractual obligations. They will support all IT security-related compliance initiatives in the organization while giving Tier 2 help desk support to routine customer needs.
This is a hybrid role you must be a commutable distance to our Pasadena office.
What You'll Do:
- Analyzing our corporate security posture and compliance to specific standards
- Provide internal IT support to user base, support internal IT infrastructure
- Lead our internal security initiatives and efforts to maintain controls/compliance
- Creation of internal documentation and other administrative duties
- Help with planning of implementation roadmap for security compliance
What You'll Bring To The Table:
- 2+ years of experience developing and implementing security controls
- 1+ year of familiarity with common security standards and auditing processes (SOC 2 Type II, NIST 800-171)
- 3+ years of experience Microsoft 365 administration, including Defender XDR
Desired Qualifications:
- Project coordination/management - 2+ years
- Technical support skills with wide array of knowledge - 3+ years
