About the Role
We’re looking for a Jewelry Designer to join our small but fast-growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who not only loves designing but is also excited about sharing the creative process with the world. You’ll work directly with the founder and design director to develop custom pieces, collaborate with clients, and participate in storytelling content such as TikTok videos or behind-the-scenes reels.
This is a hybrid role with a strong preference for candidates who can join us onsite in Irvine at least 2–3 days per week.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the founder/design director on custom fine jewelry designs
- Attend 1-on-1 design consultations and translate client stories into jewelry concepts
- Create hand sketches and technical (CAD-ready) drawings
- Work with colored gemstones and understand their meaning and visual impact
- Be part of the creative process behind short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels)
- Examples: filming sketching sessions, discussing gemstone choices, or documenting custom jewelry stories
- Help build a strong, recognizable design voice through product and content

- Enjoy working with colored stones and detailed custom pieces
- Are excited to appear in or help create short-form video content
- Are organized, collaborative, and emotionally intuitive
- Can work onsite in Irvine 2–3 days per week, with the rest remote
- Are looking for part-time or contract work with long-term potential
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, etc.)
- Understanding of fine jewelry production workflows
- Photography, video editing, or social media storytelling
