Bondi Sushi is looking for support in its NYC restaurants / catering/ and off site growth.
Requirements: MUST HAVE SUSHI EXPERIENCE
Compensation: $30 - $40/ hr
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Execute menu items to specifications
- Knowledgeable of all standard fish cuts
- Nigiri, Maki, Handroll experience required
- Greet all guests warmly with an appropriate greeting; work with service team to create a positive guest experience
- Be ready and willing to assist other members of the team as needed
- Be coachable and open to learning
- Be a brand champion
Qualifications:
- Be comfortable serving an Omakase menu
- Advanced Knife Skills
- Excellent Guest Service
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude under pressure
