Key Responsibilities
- API & Third-Party Integration
- Develop and maintain API connections between internal systems and third-party platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration processes.
- AI Visioning & Integration
- Collaborate with leadership to identify AI-driven automation opportunities.
- Research and develop AI-based solutions to improve system efficiency.
- Assist in deploying AI tools and machine learning models within business workflows.
- Claris FileMaker Development (Special Projects)
- Contribute to Claris FileMaker development by building custom features and process improvements.
- Support special projects that enhance system capabilities.
- Test and debug new Claris FileMaker functionalities.
- General Data & IT Support
- Provide technical support for internal teams, troubleshooting data and software issues.
- Assist with code development for special projects
- Write clear and concise documentation to support code, integrations, and system processes.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reliability and efficiency of API integrations (e.g., uptime, error resolution speed).
- Success of AI implementations (measured by automation improvements).
- Quality and impact of Claris FileMaker special projects.
- Response time and effectiveness in IT support tasks.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software development, API integration, or IT support.
- Familiarity with API protocols (REST, SOAP) and third-party service integrations.
- Understanding of AI technologies and automation frameworks.
- Basic experience in Claris FileMaker development or database systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI tools, automation, or machine learning models.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code development platforms.
- Background in networking, IT infrastructure, or cloud technologies.
- Education
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
