**Job Title:** Barista

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Juice Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious smoothies, fresh juice, and acai bowls, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve a variety of smoothies, acai bowls, and fresh pressed juices following company recipes and standards
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision
- Assist in stocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance the overall experience
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and processing payments
- Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and pricing
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the food service industry is a plus
