About TriVistaUSA Design + Build:
We are a Northern Virginia Design + Build remodeling company that is expanding. We like to say, "We do cool projects for cool people." Our projects are larger in scale and typically take a few months to a year to produce. We have a small tight-knit team that enjoys working together so for this next position, we really need to find the right fit.
This is not a remote position.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support Interior Designers with design development, client mood boards, & documentation on multiple projects
- Research selections & identify appropriate selections based on client feedback, buildability, and available space
- Take detailed and efficient notes during client meetings
- Coordinate with various vendors to obtain accurate quotes based on client selections
- Pick-up/drop off samples from vendors & clients
- Support project team in achieving deadlines & progressing multiple projects at once
- Be the primary Interior Designer for smaller projects, as they’re available
- Solving design challenges with primary Interior Designer through design & product selections
Key Skills:
- Works autonomously with good judgment & is a self-starter
- Creative problem solver
- General knowledge of kitchen and bath design
- Detailed & consistent communicator, both with other project team members & clients
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
- Basic understanding of architectural design process and integration of interior design, including programming, planning, design development, construction documents, & overall project execution.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of design experience and Degree in Interior Design or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Chief Architect/AutoCAD/SketchUp
- Previous experience working with clients/customer service
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of experience at a high end residential remodeling or kitchen/bath design company
- Proficiency in Chief Architect
- Experience working directly with a cabinet manufacturer

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
