What Will You Do?
As a Junior NetSuite Administrator, you will report to the NetSuite Administrator and be responsible for supporting both of our current NetSuite environments. This includes creating, editing, and distributing a variety of reports and saved searches. You will manage the item database to support various integrations, mapping primary elements, and creating a host of new csv import templates. You will share OPS responsibility, resolving integration issues for 3PLs by adjusting inventory and correcting preferred bins/put-away. Ideally, you're familiar-to-proficient in ecommerce platform management (e.g Shopify), middleware integrations (Celigo/Boomi), and OPS/Fulfillment SuiteApps (RF Smart, ShipStation, ShipHawk).
You will work closely with various departments, including Finance, Operations including Support, Software Development, IT and Sales to understand business needs and design, configure, develop, test, and implement solutions from both the technical and business points of view in NetSuite. You are dynamic and are both functional and technical, with strong communication and analytical skills.

You will follow governance models, creating/updating documentation, and propose changes where needed.
Who Are We Looking For?
Someone with a passion for technology and creating outstanding customer experiences leveraging NetSuite.
Someone with a driving desire to learn and apply learnings, constantly growing their abilities and striving for greater expertise.
Someone with deep skills in NetSuite Item/Location management, Workflows, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics, and other NetSuite tools including 3rd party tools such as Strongpoint, MineralTree, Celigo, and RFSmart.
An excellent problem solver with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
A logical thinker who's gains energy by diving into the details.
You've got the experience - Bachelor's and/or deep work experience in ERP management, with NetSuite Administrator Certification(s), now you're looking for a place to make a real impact.
