Join a Leading Paper Products Manufacturer as a Skilled Komori Press Operator
Kaisa USA Inc. is a manufacturer of premium paper products based in the greater Richmond area, recognized for product innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Komori Printing Press Operator to join our growing production team.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will operate our Komori LS 440 press and play a key role in maintaining high-quality output, ensuring smooth production flow, and upholding pressroom safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the Komori press in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Monitor print quality and make real-time adjustments to ensure color accuracy, registration, and overall output consistency
- Identify and manage print defects efficiently to minimize waste and production downtime
- Maintain a clean, well-organized press area that meets housekeeping and safety standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience as a lead sheet-fed offset press operator, preferably with Komori LS 440
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Solid mechanical aptitude and familiarity with routine press maintenance
- Knowledge of basic prepress processes is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and teamwork

- 至少 2–3 年 担任胶印机主操作员经验，具备小森 Komori LS 440 操作经验者优先；
- 能够在快节奏的生产环境中保持高准确性与高效率；
- 良好的机械操作能力，能独立完成日常设备保养与简单维修；
- 了解基础印前处理流程者优先考虑；
- 工作认真负责、注重细节，具备良好的团队合作精神与安全意识。
